The Reception Desk and Post Room Team, which is part of the Marketing, Communications & Alumni Office, is made up of four members of staff.

The Reception Desk welcomes and helps users and visitors to the University Msida Campus. The team deals with general assistance of directional enquiries and acts as a referral service for queries. The Reception Desk staff also provide a lost property service: an item lost can be reported and an item found can be handed in.
The team at the Reception Desk handles in-coming calls, operates the University switchboard and is responsible for the smooth handling of all of the University’s out-going mail.

The Reception Desk is located on the ground floor of the main administration building.
