The Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Enterprise Management and Economics (part-time) programme is held at the University of Malta - Gozo Campus only and is intended if you have successfully completed the Diploma in Commerce (which is comparable to the first year of the undergraduate degree programme offered on a full-time basis at the University of Malta).
The overall objectives of the Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Enterprise Management and Economics undergraduate degree programme are to provide you with a high-quality and a career-oriented education as part of a diverse student population. This programme covers a range of topics in Economics and Management and aims to provide you with a broad understanding of the complexity and dynamics present in contemporary business and public organizations. It trains the participants to gain the conceptual skills and an analytical approach necessary to tackle the problems facing organizations in today’s environment.
Communication and Academic Skills Programme The communication and academic skills programme complements students’ main course of study. It introduces them to writing and presenting as situated within academic contexts sensitive to specific disciplines and develops their competences for future careers.
The Course shall be open to applicants in possession of the Diploma in Commerce awarded by the University of Malta.
The admission requirements are applicable for courses commencing in October 2023.

The course is intended if you would like to enter a career in an area of Commerce or of Public Administration, and are already in possession of a Diploma in Commerce.
As a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce in Business and Enterprise Management and Economics, you will qualify for a variety of roles in private, public and non-profit organizations. A Bachelor’s degree prepares you to enter most of the various fields of commerce, public enterprises and related areas at mid-level positions.

The University reserves the right to make changes in case errors are detected after publication. The availability of optional units may be subject to timetabling constraints. Units not attracting a sufficient number of registrations may be withdrawn without notice. Unless for exceptional approved reasons, no changes to the programme of study for a particular academic year will be made once the students' registration period for that academic year begins.
