YEAR ONE

In addition to the compulsory study-units, students are required to register for three elective study-units (15 ECTS). Either the Year elective and a Semester 1 and a Semester 2 elective study-unit, or one Semester 1 and one Semester 2 elective and another elective study-unit from any semester.

*Study-unit LAW5012 will start in October 2021 and continue up to October 2022.



This programme of study is governed by The General Regulations for University Postgraduate Awards, 2021 and by the Bye-Laws for the award of the Degree of Master of Advocacy – M.Adv. – and the Degree of Master of Notarial Studies – M.Not.St. under the auspices of the Faculty of Laws.
