YEAR ONE

In addition to the compulsory study-units, students are required to choose a study-unit to the value of 5 ECTS credits from the elective study-units on offer during the year.

Semester 2 (February 2019 - June 2019)

Compulsory Units (All students must register for this/these unit/s)

ITL5099* Dissertation 80 ECTS

Elective Units Elective units are offered subject to availability and time-table constraints.

ITL5002 Directed Studies in Italian 5 ECTS

* Work on the dissertation is expected to start in Semester 2 of academic year 2018/19 (February 2019) and continue up to the end of Semester 1 of academic year 2021/22 (January 2022).



Semester 1 (October 2019 - January 2020)

ATS5201 Methods of Research 5 ECTS

Elective Units Elective units are offered subject to availability and time-table constraints.

ATS5022 Introduction to Readings in Literary Tradition and Popular Culture 5 ECTS
ITL5002 Directed Studies in Italian 5 ECTS
