DESCRIPTION The teaching of a language is inseparable from the social reality where it is spoken and evolves. The aim of the study-unit is to introduce students to the diversity of the geographical regions of metropolitan France and of the French-speaking regions around the globe. This study-unit will propose an analysis of contemporary documents and will aim at an introduction of different francophone cultures with a special focus on an introduction to history of art. It will give students a birds’ eye view of Francophone culture.
