DESCRIPTION (a) The main objective: The study-unit aims at introducing the students into the subject-matter of this theological discipline, while helping them to make an experience of a possible integration in Christ between knowledge and life.

(b) The study-unit starts off with a brief presentation of Spiritual Theology, which leads to the main basic principles of a Christian spiritual life. These will be exemplified through scriptural, traditional and historical references.
