A group of Danish students were recently in Malta conducting research on the effects of immigration in Malta and the group showed interest in the Institute's work. As a result, the students together with their teachers were invited to sit in and participate during two lectures delivered by faculty members of the Institute. On Tuesday 6th March 2012 the students participated in a two-hour lecture as part of the IOT1009 undergraduate module entitled 'A Tool Kit for Thinking Out of the Box' delivered by Ms Shirley Pulis Xerxen. On Thursday 8th March 2012 the students visited Dr Margaret Mangion's lecture as part of the IOT2005 undergraduate module entitled 'Leadership and Organisational Innovation'. Both local and visiting students had positive feedback after the sessions which proved to be a fruitful learning experience.
