Between Saturday 15th and Monday 24th April, The Edward de Bono Institute celebrated World Creativity and Innovation Week (WCIW) together with thousands of people in over 60 countries around the world. WCIW was first launched in Canada in 2001 with the aim of inspiring new thinking and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

During WCIW 2017, the Institute organised the following events to join this international celebration of creativity and innovation:

1. Creativity Festival - Wednesday 19th April

2. Science in the Citadel - Saturday 22nd April

3. The Social Innovation Challenge: Enable and Engage - Monday 24th April

Institute launches GEN Malta Platform

In the run-up to this year's GEC, The Edward de Bono Institute launched the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Malta online platform, which is designed to connect local and international entrepreneurs, educators, students, researchers, investors and policy makers.
