Event Title: Panel Discussion - Steer your Startup to Success

Venue: University of Malta

Date and Time: Tuesday 13th November 2018 from 17.00 to 19.00

Event Details: This panel shall include speakers from different entrepreneurial backgrounds, including Simon Azzopardi (President - Silicon Valletta, and Founder - Sherpa Management Services Ltd.), Monique Chambers (Founder - Indulge Me; Freelance Marketing & PR Consultant), Joseph G. Cutajar (Managing Director - Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (MIB) Ltd.), Carolin Zeitler (Alchemist - The Impact Collective; Coach; Freelance Writer), who shall discuss what factors play a role in overcoming obstacles in entrepreneurship and steering startups to success.

Registration: This event is aimed at students who are reading for the study unit IOT1010: Introduction to Entrepreneurship, offered by the Edward de Bono Institute. Other students and members of the general public are also welcome to attend, subject to availability of space. If you would like to attend, please register here by not later than Sunday 11th November 2018. Attendance is free of charge. 


Budding Rockstars Conference wins Award

Our Budding Rockstars Conference has won this year's National Enterprise Support Award (Section A) for Promoting the Entrepreneurial Spirit. This conference is held annually in November as part of our GEW Malta programme of events, with the aim of engaging Malta’s brightest young minds in the exciting world of entrepreneurship and innovation. Congratulations to the main organisers Dr Bernard Agius and Mr Alistair Farrugia at the Malta Communications Authority, our team at the Edward de Bono Institute who coordinate the creative thinking workshops that are held during this conference, namely Dr Leonie Baldacchino, Dr Margaret Mangion, Professor Sandra M. Dingli and Ms Shirley Pulis Xerxen, our students who assist us in conducting the workshops, and all our partners who contribute to the organisation of this event.

Institute launches GEN Malta Platform
