Why University of Malta?
What should I think of when choosing my subjects? How do I make sure my plans are right? What happens if something goes wrong? How do I know that I can get a job with the course of my choice? The Student Advisory Services, provide course and career guidance support throughout the year, meeting prospective and present university students. During their presentation at Discover University the Advisors will be speaking about the important steps that one should consider when thinking of a career plan.

A short explanation of the Matriculation Certificate required for entry into University will be provided together with some suggestions regarding the existing tools that exist for students wanting to plan their path of studies well will be followed by a time reserved for questions from the floor, especially related to special course requirements, post graduate studies, job seeking skills and career paths.

During this year's Discover University, sessions with the Student Advisors will be held from Monday 27 October to Friday 31 October from 0900hrs to 1000hrs. To reserve a place see the daily programme and send an email to

The Student Advisors will be available in the Marquee on Sunday 26 October from 1100hrs to 1700hrs and from 1000hrs to 1300hrs from Monday 27 to Friday 31 October.
