The Institute for European Studies is receiving abstracts for a workshop “Small States and the Political Upheavals Related to Immigration” which will be organized at the University Campus Valletta on the 27 of September 2018. Details are to be found here. You may also wish to participate in the second workshop which is scheduled for the 28 of September, for which no call for papers is being made. Click on this link to find details on the second workshop.

Two international workshops on small states, back to back, are scheduled for the end of September as part of two projects in which the Institute is involved. The first international work shop which will be held on the 27 September 2018 will focus on “Small States and the Political Upheavals Related to Immigration”. The second workshop which will be held the next day, 28 September 2018 will discuss “Small States in Europe: Towards A Cross-Disciplinary Approach”. Both projects are supported from the Erasmus+ programme of the EU managed by the European Commission.

In the second workshop, your input to the discussion will be most welcome, though if you wish you can still make a written submission.
