Registration Fees

Deadline for registration: 11th November 2022  

Early Bird registration fee - €50  (for speakers and attendees) until 21st June 2022.

Registration Fee for speakers (after 21st June) - €90 (Fee includes conference material, coffee breaks and conference pack) 

Registration fee for attendees (after 21st June) - €60 

Maltese Student registration Fee - €15 (Fee includes conference material, coffee breaks and conference pack) 

Optional Social Event

Friday 18th November 2022: Dinner (incl. beverage) Price: € 38.00 

50% will be refunded up to 1st September 2022. No further refunds will be possible after this date.

You may wish to cancel your registration by sending an email 

We would like to inform all participants that If you register for the event and due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are obliged to cancel the event, or if you are required to cancel your registration due to Covid related reasons  please note that we will offer a full refund of your participation fee. 

Kindly note that the University will be not liable for any further damage caused by the cancellation. The University recommends that you apply for a travel cancellation insurance when you book your trip.
