Prof. Frank Bezzina [B.Ed (Hons), M.Sc., Ph.D.] is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy (FEMA) and the Head of the Department of Management, University of Malta. He teaches Operations Research, Managerial Decision Modelling, Managerial Quantitative Analysis and Quantitative Research Methods on the Faculty’s degree and MBA (Executive) programmes. His research interests focus on data collection and data analysis methodologies applied to business and management research.


Prof. Bezzina is also the representative of FEMA on the University of Malta Senate, a representative of the Department of Management on the FEMA Faculty Board, and course co-ordinator of the BSc (Hons) in Business and IT which is offered by the Department of Management, FEMA.

Highly Commended Award winner at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012 for his research paper entitled  "Investigating the determinants of Recycling Behaviour" which was published in the 'Management of Environmental Quality: An International Journal”,  Vol. 22 (4), pp. 463 – 485.
