Programme

The fact that social media is having a significant impact on the way we conduct business is undisputed. Social media has, in most cases, become one of the key channels utilised by business organisations for marketing and communications.

While social media use has become prolific, social media analysis at a business level still needs to be generally improved. Usually, social media value tends to be associated with intangible benefits, such as increased awareness, website traffic and favourable brand perceptions.

During this seminar, Ms Daniela Castillo and Mr Pierre Mallia from iMovo, one of the leading Business Intelligence companies in Malta, will address how organisations can utilise readily-available social media data to improve business performance.

Participation

  • The seminar is open the general public and all faculty members, students, industry and social partners.
  • No booking required.
  • Parking: please ask for parking display tags at the university gates.

We look forward to see you on the day of the seminar!
