Dr. Ramandeep Garg is a Visiting Lecturer in Department of Food Studies and Environmental Health, Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Malta, Malta. Her scientific outputs include three articles in high-impact journals (h-index of 3 based on Google Scholar). She was awarded her Ph.D. degree (Thesis title “NMR Metabolomics in Nutrition Research”) from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, UK. She received her first degree in Food Technology and her post graduation in Food Technology from the Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India. She has also worked as a chemist in various food companies, India and as a research trainee at the University of Rennes, France.

·         Food processing

·         Metabolomics in nutrition research
