  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).

  •  Abstracts should be submitted by using the easychair platform. Please follow this link
  • WORKSHOP on demand: During Q-Safe a hands-on (PC based) workshop on different topics may be organised depending on the number of expression of interests of the participants. Please fill-in this online survey so the orgnanisers can decide on this.



Posters should be prepared with the following dimensions:


 A2 - 594mm height x 420mm width (be aware that is smaller than the common size requested in other conferences)


The posters should be printed in Profile layout (NOT landscape).

The poster presentation should ideally be eye-catching, detailing the research area and activity being performed  If possible, the role of quantitative approaches have/can play in their research should also be presented. 


Opening Ceremony and Meetings for Freshers
Lectures for continuing day and evening courses are set to commence on Monday, 25th September 2017, whilst lectures for new students following day and evening courses will commence on Thursday, 5th October 2017. Details on the opening ceremony and compulsory meetings for freshers are available here

Dates for interviews that will be held with applicants for limited number courses (in the event of over-subscription), as well as interviews to be held with applicants considered in terms of the ‘Adult Learner’ clause are available here.
