Application Guidelines

 

Interested participants are kindly asked to fill in the following registration form and indicate the courses and corresponding dates when they are able to attend for such courses.   

In the case that after submitting your application form, you are unable to attend for the training course, you are kindly asked to inform us immediately on the following e-mail address.   

The maximum capacity for each training session is between 12 to 15 participants and therefore interested applicants are kindly advised to apply early. Acceptance to these sessions is subject to the approval of the Office for Human Resources Management & Development and the Office of the Registrar. Accepted candidates will receive an e-mail from our office with the course details confirming your attendance one week prior to the commencement of the training. 

Our office strives to ensure that all interested members of staff are accepted to these courses. It is highly recommended that you keep the selected training dates free since we will contact applicants one week prior to the commencement of the training.  

After the conclusion of the training sessions, members of staff are highly encouraged to submit their feedback on the following feedback form and propose more ideas on how other training sessions can be developed which will be useful in their day-to-day work.
