On this page you will find links to information pertaining to the Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology (by Taught).

The Master of Science in ICT degree is targeted towards graduates from departments that traditionally have links with the development of ICT technologies. The program is intended for graduates from University of Malta degrees in ICT and in Engineering, and others who have an equivalent degree in the area.

Applications for the above Master of Science in ICT may be submitted at any time of the year, but enrollment shall be with effect from 1st October.


Students who apply for an M.Sc. and who will make use of external funding, must inform Faculty Office about this in their application. Furthermore, if there is a deadline to submit applications to the funding body or if the funding body needs a notice of admission to the degree from UoM, Faculty's Postgraduate committee is to be informed accordingly, so that such applications can be prioritized if deemed necessary.

The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Annual Exhibition Event (FICTeX) 2018 will be open to the general public on Friday 13th July between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm at the Faculty of ICT of the University of Malta.
