IT Services has launched a new system - UniDesk - to receive and manage requests for IT support and specific IT services.

UniDesk features a Self-Service Portal (requires a UM IT Account) that enables you to:

  • view self-help resources and answers to frequently asked questions in the knowledge base, making it easier to find a solution to your IT problem without needing to ask for help
  • submit your IT request
  • modify and update information in previously logged request/s
  • track the progress of your request/s
  • give feedback on how your request was handled.

All requests for IT support should now be made through the Self-Service Portal or the IT Services Enquiry Form (if you have a problem with your UM IT Account) available on our Help and support webpage.

For urgent matters, you can still contact our Service Desk by telephone or visit us in person.
