Sports & Leisure

The Sports & Leisure Unit oversees all sports-related activities at JC.

It provides, both students and staff, opportunities to initiate or maintain a physically active lifestyle, through ongoing and yearly activities and initiatives. Its’ main aim is to increase awareness of the link between physical activity, mental health and physical health.

The Sports & Leisure Unit invites you to participate in the various sports and physical activities organised on campus.  You may choose to participate for leisure, fitness, social and even competitive reasons.  Moreover, participation in a sport related Enrichment Program provides additional benefits.
