In order to be considered for admission and to satisfy the University’s General Entry Requirements you need to present a final certificate and transcript of studies with an average of 85% or higher in six Grade 12 courses numbered 30 or 31. The six subjects in Grade 12 should include passes in English language, another language, Mathematics and a humanistic subject.

When choosing courses / areas of study having Special Course Requirements (except for the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, the Master of Dental Surgery and courses accepting a limited number of students*), these requirements will be satisfied if you present:

(i)     a final grade of 80% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements; and / or

(ii)     a grade of 70% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements will be accepted, if the course bye-laws stipulate that the required subject is to be presented at Intermediate level.

*Applicants wishing to join the courses leading to the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, the Master of Dental Surgery, and courses accepting a limited number of students, must separately present passes in the applicable Special Course Requirements from the MATSEC Board, or comparable Boards, at the level and grade / or comparable, as stipulated in the respective course regulations or bye-laws.

-       British Columbia Certificate of Graduation

When choosing courses / areas of study having Special Course Requirements (except for the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, the Master of Dental Surgery and courses accepting a limited number of students*), these requirements will be satisfied if you present:

(i)                 a final grade of 80% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements; and / or

(ii)               a grade of 70% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements will be accepted, if the course bye-laws stipulate that the required subject is to be presented at Intermediate level.

When choosing courses / areas of study having Special Course Requirements (except for the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, the Master of Dental Surgery and courses accepting a limited number of students*), these requirements will be satisfied if you present:

(i)                 a final grade of 80% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements; and/ or

(ii)               a grade of 70% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements will be accepted if the course bye-laws stipulate that the required subject is to be presented at Intermediate level.

In order to be considered for admission and to satisfy the University’s General Entry Requirements you need to present a final certificate and transcript of studies with an average of 85% or higher in six Grade 12 Division IV Standing courses. The six subjects in Grade 12 should include passes in English language, a language other than English, Mathematics and a humanistic subject.

When choosing courses / areas of study having Special Course Requirements (except for the Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, the Master of Dental Surgery and courses accepting a limited number of students*), these requirements will be satisfied if you present:

(i)                 a final grade of 80% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements; and / or 

(ii)               a grade of 70% or better in the subjects stipulated as Special Course Requirements will be accepted, if the course bye-laws stipulate that the required subject is to be presented at Intermediate level.
