Abstract: An informal conference between the British and Maltese Parliament representatives about the migration of Maltese citizens to other countries of the Empire. The representatives also discuss topics such as; Imperial Forces Training Ordinance, Trade, the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes, Maltese Lace, Tourism, Health Conditions, Employment at the Dockyards, Development, and Malta as an Air Base.
