| Abstract: | Settling in Australia was no easy feat for the Maltese, who had to work resiliently to succeed in a country whose people did not think highly of immigrants. Despite their initial troubles, the Maltese managed to climb up the social ladder until eventually starting several businesses which are still open to this day. |
