Title: The water supply of the Maltese Islands Abstract: The drought experienced in 1922 induced the writer to bring together his notes made whilst performing the duties of Government Analyst in the Public Health Department for a good number of years. A lecture on the Water Supply of the Islands of Malta and Gozo was then given in the last week of December 1922, under the auspices of the Historical and Scientific Society, in order to draw the attention of the public to the great problems connected with the same. Although lacking order and uniformity, the paper per was allowed to be printed for the sake of the information gathered with some difficulty from published and unpublished records.
