Abstract: The case presents a wall adherent structure in the right atrium in a young patient with peripheral tcell&#xD;
lymphoma followed by successful prolonged lysis therapy resulting in the resolution of the&#xD;
thrombus is presented. This case highlights the utility of multimodality imaging in an accurate&#xD;
assessment of the right atrium thrombus and the effectiveness of prolonged lysis therapy.</summary>

Abstract: this article reports a case of a seven-year girl who presented with severe dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM)&#xD;
associated with a large thrombus in the left ventricle (LV). She had a long segment stenosis of the&#xD;
lower thoracic descending aorta, possibly due to non-specific aortitis and underwent successful&#xD;
stent angioplasty. The LV thrombus resolved after heparin without sequelae.</summary>

Abstract: This patient (born in 1983) had presented in childhood with coarctation. He had had subclavian flap&#xD;
repair at 1½ years of age. He was reviewed at the Grown Up Congenital Heart Disease Clinic last&#xD;
year and had normal right arm pulse and blood pressure and normal femoral pulses. The left arm&#xD;
pulses were very difficult to palpate.</summary>

Abstract: This article shows the chest radiograph of a thirteen-year-old male. The study demonstrates bilateral notching&#xD;
of the inferior borders of the 3rd-8th posterior ribs, a finding associated with coarctation of the aorta.&#xD;
Blood bypasses the aortic narrowing through intercostal collaterals, which enlarge to accommodate&#xD;
the increased flow rates. The pulsations of these vessels cause disruption to bone remodelling&#xD;
leading to the characteristic notching.</summary>
