Abstract: This article presents a patient with tetralogy of Fallot who developed bilateral branch&#xD;
pulmonary artery stenosis following surgical repair that was refractory to balloon&#xD;
dilatation. Simultaneous stenting of both pulmonary arteries produced a good result.</summary>
