Authors: Khozikova, E.S.; Yakovlev, K. L.; Ezhevski, D. O.; Korabelnikova, Y. L.
Abstract: The article is devoted to analysing the various aspects of implementation of constitutional principles of human rights in the Russian Federation. As an object of the study, the authors have selected public relations that have emerged as a consequence of judicial protection of human rights.
