Abstract: In recent years, the term "superfood" has become ubiquitous in the health and wellness community. Blueberries, kale, quinoa, chia seeds, goji berries, and other nutrient- dense foods have taken over grocery shelves, lnstagram feeds, and kitchen pantries. Promising enhanced energy, disease prevention, and even longevity, these foods are hailed as essential additions to a modern diet. llowever, how much of this excitement is backed by science? Are superfoods truly miraculous, or are they simply well-marketed foods with some health benefits? [excerpt]

Title: Is there a link between what we eat and acne?
Abstract: For generations, teenagers have been told by their parents to "lay off the chocolate" if they want clear skin. Dermatologists, on the other hand, often dismissed diet as having little or no role in acne, pointing instead to hormones and genetics. Today, however, research is turning that long-held view on its head. The food on our plates may indeed have more influence on our skin than we once thought. Acne vulgaris, the medical term for the
condition, is the world's most common
skin disorder. It affects about 9% of the
global population and almost every
teenager at some point during adolescence. For most, it's a passing nuisance,
but for some, it becomes a persistent and
emotionally draining condition. Severe
acne can leave permanent scars, both
physical and psychological. Understanding its triggers is therefore a matter not
just of vanity, but of mental health and
quality of life. [excerpt]

Title: The balance of life and society : why equilibrium matters in biology, chemistry, physics, religion and politics
Abstract: In every corner of life, from the smallest cells to the largest social structures, equilibrium is a vital concept. It's a state of balance, a moment where forces or influences are equal, and it's present in ways we may not immediately recognize. Equilibrium isn't merely a scientific or philosophical idea - it's the foundation of stability in biology, chemistry, physics, religion, and politics. Understanding why equilibrium is critical in each of these fields helps us appreciate the natural and social order around us.

Title: The battle between mind and heart : an emotional tug-of-war
Abstract: In every decision, big or small, humans confront a timeless struggle: the war between mind and heart. We grapple with logic on one side and emotion on the other, each trying to pull us in opposite directions. This battle shapes who we are, influences our actions, and defines our relationships. While the mind offers clarity, the heart gives meaning; together, they create the bittersweet essence of life. But in our relentless pursuit of happiness, which side should we listen to? Should we let our hearts lead us, or should reason hold the reins?
