Abstract: Manoel Theatre presents the programme for a concert performed by the Versatile Brass Ensemble. The Versatile Brass Ensemble was made up of trumpeters Kevin Abela and Jonathan Borg, hornist Etienne Cutajar, trombonist Jesmond Azzopardi, and tubist Paul Borg. The concert featured the musical works of Joseph Vella, Luther Henderson, Mikhail Glinka, Leonard Bernstein, Suppé, Fauré, and Horovitz. The performance was held on the 7th of April, 2009, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.
Description: Two copies of programme included, one with performers' signatures, and the other without. Both programmes include essay with related photo on the Versatile Brass Ensemble, list of featured music including composers, notes on featured composers and their featured music written by Maria Blanco, notes with photos on trumpeters Kevin Abela and Jonathan Borg, hornist Etienne Cutajar, trombonist/euphonium player Jesmond Azzopardi, and tubist Paul Borg, and list of Manoel Theatre Management Committee. Abstract: Manoel Theatre and Dance Council Malta, in collaboration with the Alliance Française de Malte-Méditerranée, present the programme for the dance event "Triple Contact", featuring dance performances from the Ballet d'Europe, the London Contemporary Dance School, and the Dance Council Malta Ensemble, as well as some from choreographer/dancer Kevin Muscat. The concert featured dances choreographed by Jean-Charles Gil, Richard Alston, and Kevin Muscat, with some items featuring musical works composed by Vivaldi and Gershwin. The performance was held in celebration of the Alliance Française de Malte-Méditerranée's 50th anniversary, on the 29th and the 30th of April, 2009, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.

Abstract: Manoel Theatre and Johann Strauss School of Music presents the programme for Johann Strauss School of Music's Prize Day. The event featured musical performances from the Johann Strauss School of Music's Chamber Orchestra (directed by Simon Abdilla Joslin), the School of Music's Youth Choir (directed by Simone Attard, with piano accompaniment from Natascha Chircop), and the School of Music's Brass Ensemble (directed by Michael Ciantar). The event also featured musical performances from pianists Myra Cassar and Caroline Calleja, classical guitarist Mark Hall, violinist Tara Calleja, harpist Sarah-Anne Debono, French hornist Glen Zammit, and soprano singer Charlene Aquilina. The musical part of the event featured the musical works of Charles Camilleri, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Bach, Fauré, and Schumann. The performance was held on the 30th of April, 2009, at Sala Isouard in the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.
