The article provides an analysis of the relevance and effectiveness of cluster technology and ERP-systems on the example of a large enterprise of the Perm region – Permenergo OJSC. This work also presents the analysis of a change to a new technology on the example of the enterprise abovementioned. The paper reviews functionality of Capital CSE system applications and the principles of implementation and use of cluster systems in the context of Permenergo OJSC. The article formulates the application features of cluster system technology in solving modern problems within enterprise. The authors analyzed the statistics of The Global Food Security Index of 2014 in the developing and developed countries and found out that the problem of provision of food security is very urgent in developing countries, which necessitates the search for effective tools for increasing the food security, one of which is creation of agricultural clusters. For the purpose of solving this task, the authors offer the model of uniting manufacturers and processers of agricultural production into a system which allows determining the mechanisms of their organization into the system of agricultural cluster. Abstract: The article studies organizational & economic peculiarities of functioning of domestic industrial enterprises which consist in transformation of corporate vertically integrated structures into inter-company production associations. It is suggested to create industrial parks, as a main tool of development of territorial inter-company productive networks in machine building complex. Expedience of creation of industrial parks on the basis of large machine building enterprises is substantiated. Such initiatives are aimed at development of production of component base for structural industrial enterprises. Principles of creation of industrial parks are based on identified motivating and suppressing factors of integration of machine building enterprises into network production structures. Targeted indicators of monitoring of effectiveness of industrial parks functioning are offered. For this purpose, special proprietary methodology and system of control of effectiveness of cooperation of enterprises in industrial cluster were developed. The advantages of the developed system of control are simple use, quick results of evaluation, accessibility of initial data for calculation, and possibility for its use not only for existing clusters but the ones that are planned, which allows preventing possible negative aspects of clustering.
