Abstract: The research paper finds applicability in evaluating assets of enterprise and has as main objective to illustrate how the country risk is a decision maker to determine appropriate rates underlying cash flow estimate using the yield method. The transition from the theoretical to the practical study is done through a case study in the agro-industrial farm found in Dolj, Romania.&#xD;
Practical storage capacities starting from the silos owned by it, the market rates charged for each transaction carried during storage in silos and low country risk used in determining a discount rate, we determined the level of cash-potential flow could be obtained.</description>

Abstract: The article examines the problems of the integration processes in the food industry of Kazakhstan. It analyzes the current situation in the food and processing industries and describes the integration process in the food industry at the level of corporations. We reveal the problems of development in the food industry, including joint ventures, and highlight options to overcome them. The author concludes that creation of modern equipped territories embodied by industrial zones close to raw materials and distribution markets would be a positive step towards the creation of joint enterprises in the food industry.</description>

Abstract: The study focused on the creative self-efficacy, creativity, and job satisfaction and how these variables influence each other. Job satisfaction acts as the intervening variable for allegedly having influence on the relation between creative self-efficacy and creativity. Creativity is one of the main essential that need to be cultivated in work environment and communicated towards employee in order for the company to develop. The population used in this study is employees of an advertising company specialized in media printing PT. Smile Island Surabaya focus on the division of layout editor with a total of 38 employees.&#xD;
The analysis in this study is using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the study shows a significant influence for some hypothesis with t statistic of 1,96 which are creative self-efficacy influences on job satisfaction with a score of 11,5779, job satisfaction on creativity with a score of 3,4212, and creative self-efficacy on creativity and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in full mediation.&#xD;
Meanwhile, creative self-efficacy doesn’t show a significant influence towards creativity shown evidently with a score of 1,0809 because of different perceptions on creative assessment between supervisor and employee.</description>

Abstract: Management style is distinctive and relatively stable behaviour of the manager affecting the employees of the subordinate group. Management style involves personal interactions as well as in a large extent a manager spontaneous reaction in a direct contact with the subordinates.&#xD;
The theoretical part of this work has aimed at presenting problems of management styles and discussed the factors influencing the choice of management style. Furthermore, it provides the leader with the selected concepts and management styles. Particular attention was paid to the Blake Mounton Managerial Grid and W.J. Redline Concepts. The research part presents of the author’s own research and the results obtained by graduates preparing their works under the direction of the author, which are based on the Blake Mounton Managerial Grid. The surveys were conducted among managers of All types of companies (small, medium, large) and different types of public institutions (Police, City Council, Fire Station).&#xD;
These results were contrasted with the results of the management styles presented in the works of other Polish authors. The analysis of the own results and other writers indicates that the most identified style is democratic style. While the studies of other authors show the frequent use of this style but also pay attention to using participation and firefighter management styles.</description>
