    <title>2000 Regular report</title>
    <link>https://www.um.edu.mt/library/oar/handle/123456789/43756</link>
    <description>Title: 2000 Regular report
Abstract: This report on Malta covers the period until 30 September 2000 and assesses: -Malta’s ability to assume the obligations of membership; Malta’s administrative capacity to apply the Acquis under each of the negotiating chapters; the progress made by Malta in translating the acquis into its national language; new developments since the previous (1999) report. A separate section examines the extent to which Malta has addressed the short-term Accession Partnership priorities, and has started to address the medium term priorities set out in this framework. The report draws on numerous sources of information provided by other candidate countries.</description>
