Diplomacy is a science and an art, in a wider sense, of managing and conducting relations among nations. The main assumption here, is that significant paradigmatic changes occurred in the second half of the last century in a variety of disciplines: the theory of relativity, Darwin’s theory, quantum mechanics, organic chemistry, computers, informatics, logic, and post modernism.
