Their inspection leads them to the University of Malta Junior College. Unfortunately, they get there late and they are mistaken for a bunch of gate crashers. The plot thickens as the Principal, who up to now has always had complete control of his college, is kidnapped by the Genies. In the meantime, a bunch of crooks, whose aim is to sabotage the college, have managed to infiltrate themselves among the students and are being shown round the school by the Inspector’s double.
