The developmental mechanisms and causes of CCH are remaining unknown. Neonates mainly presents with cyanosis and a systolic murmur. This article presents a case of CCH with concordant atrioventriculo connections with double outlet right ventricle (DORV), which was diagnosed by echocardiography.
