Title: Analysis of preparation and conduct of cordinated calls in aeronautics within the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme
Authors: Dvoynikov, Alexander Aleksandrovich; Chernyshev, Sergey Leonidovich; Andreev, Evgeny Vladimirovich; Yarkina, Olga Olegovna
Abstract: In this paper, organizing and conducting coordinated calls and projects between Russia and the European Union (EU) under the 8th EU Framework Programme (FP) for Research and Innovation 'Horizon 2020' are considered as an instrument for international cooperation in aeronautics. Relevance of the work is determined by the novelty of holding Russia-EU coordinated calls and lack of knowledge about them in the Russian organizations.
The paper aims at considering Russia's position in the global aviation market, determining prerequisites for holding coordinated calls, comparing Russian and European financing. To do this, Russia-EU interaction at coordinating general projects themes and compliance with the goals set n the Russian strategic documents in aeronautics are detailed. Besides, the procedure for scientific organizations' participation in coordinated calls and projects is given.
The main approach to studying preparation and implementation of coordinated calls was a comparative analysis of European and Russian fundamental documents using the experience of international cooperation accumulated in Russia. Advantages and disadvantages of coordinated calls and projects are given in a PEST-analysis broken down by internal and external factors. Role of the National Contract Point (NCP) 'Aeronautics' at the Central Aerohydrodynamics Institute named after Prof. N. E. Zhukovsky is underlined. The analysis results can be useful for organizations wishing to participate in coordinated projects and Russian and European government bodies regulating international scientific cooperation.

Title: The association between organizational cynicism and organizational citizenship behavior : a case study
Authors: Turkmen, Fatih; Aykac, Emre
Abstract: The continuation of business activities is possible with motivated and dedicated employees. In this sense, the notion that an organization is devoid of honesty and negative feelings regarding an organization are important because they tend to manifest as the display of abuse and criticism in line with such convictions and emotions and determine organizational citizenship behavior.
The objective of this study is to determine the association between organizational cynicism attitudes and organizational citizenship behavior manifestations and corrective measures to be taken by administrators aware of the current status in their enterprises.
Within this objective and target, a survey was implemented to the employees of a total of 637 five-star tourism enterprises operating in Antalya province and it has been determined that there is a significant difference between the levels of organizational cynicism and organizational citizenship behavior.

Title: Instrumental methods of analysis of quality of automated control systems
Authors: Pankov, Alexander
Abstract: The article reveals the problem of analysis of automated control systems in oil refineries was addressed through creation of models, techniques and tools for analyzing and evaluation the quality of automated control systems.
These models can help refiners in the creation, operation and development of Information Systems.
The scientific novelty of the research is the development of methodological and instrumental support for the analysis and evaluation of the quality of automated control systems of oil refineries.

Stress testing the effect of income tax scale on a full time agricultural income in Greece after the new tax legislation

Title: Stress testing the effect of income tax scale on a full time agricultural income in Greece after the new tax legislation
Authors: Galanos, Christos L.
Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to identify and point out changes in the tax burden on farm income given the new tax legislation of 2016 according to which the farm income has the same tax treatment as the rest of the professionals.
The paper initially presents the key determinants of tax burden through the latest tax legislation, like the new tax scales, and the relative tax rates of each scale. Furthermore, it presents a theoretical model regarding an indicative Gross Revenue and a Cost Index of a full-time farmer. By choosing to apply Monte Carlo Simulation with the Pert Distribution as analyzed below; we use @ Risk software to stress the tax parameter of Tax Scales, with intervals of ±10%, to identify how the parameter, has influenced the tax burden of farm income.
From the findings we can conclude that tax scale has an abnormal effect to the tax burden of the Farm Income as the second and not the third scale has the most significant effect.
As tax legislation evolves every one or two years it is important to point out that regarding farmers income the tax scale has a non-gradual – non-linear effect, which must be corrected to be more equal distributed along the income tax scales.
