Title: Exploration dimensions of local wisdom and their impact to sustain marketing performance
Authors: Mochammad, Jasin; Adek
Abstract: Local wisdom had been adopted by business practices in an area or region aside from modern marketing theory which is used by marketers to enhance market share and increase profitability. Local wisdom is becoming increasingly common in business practices in global markets including the Indonesian market. The aim of this paper is to examine the important elements of local wisdom and its relation to marketing performance mediated by product, price, promotion and place. Quantitative analysis employed with data collected from two hundred and fifty Indonesian businessmen engaged in the textile and garments industries have been used in this study. Multidimensional scaling is used to explore the data for mapping or search for an object in the configuration of a number of low dimensional space based on the size of the proximity between objects studied. The Structural Equation Modelling has been used to analyze the indicator variables, latent variables and measurement error variables, to identify the dimensions and to measure the effect or the degree of relationship between factors that have been identified through related dimensions. The influence of one variable with other variables proved to be positive and significant, that is the local wisdom variables have a positive effect on the product and on the price. The study shows that local wisdom has no significant influence on the marketing performance, while other variables have significant influence to one another.

Title: Tendencies of interaction between Russian universities and companies implementing innovative development programs
Authors: Pastukhov, Vladimir A.; Kliman, Nikolay S.; Alekseev, Dmitry S.
Abstract: The main aim of this article is to analyze key indicators and trends of global innovative development and their role in development. Attention is given to the consideration of several mechanisms of interaction between universities and state companies, with concrete measures and steps that can be used in economic policy. The authors analyze the real experience of the Russian economy now. Based on collected data for the total volume of R&D, revenues and the number of patents, regression models were constructed to determine the relationship between the named indicators. Recommendations and innovative ideas to improve the economic policy are given to achieve the goals and to justify the use of mechanisms of "compulsion to innovate" in state companies for the implementation of more productive development programs.

Authors: Akhmetshin, E. M.; Vasilev, Vladimir Lvovich; Mironov, Denis Sergeevich; Yumashev, Alexei Valerievich; Puryaev, Aidar Sultangalievich; Lvov, Vladislav Valerevich
Abstract: Currently, in terms of the need to improve business competitiveness in world markets, the problem of innovative development and the control function of Russian enterprises becomes more relevant. The authors’ approach, revealing the role of management control in solving the problem of innovative development of an enterprise, is presented herein. As the main method of study, the multilevel approach is used, while the innovation process is explored in various representations. As a set of stages from an innovational concept to a market product; as a set of resources and motivations for the participants in an innovational project; as a set of rules and procedures aimed to achieving the goals and requiring constant monitoring. Managerial control is considered as a factor of integration of the conditions required for the successful implementation of an innovative project at the enterprise. For the integrated support of the innovative processes, the enterprise internal control system is proposed, based on the polyadministrative matrix structure and the frame functioning model of the enterprise using information technologies. The systems of internal control during innovative development, which is implemented in different conditions and in different national economic systems, are also considered. The advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to the organization of control over the innovation activity at the enterprise are revealed. The recommendations are formulated to improve the model of internal control in the conditions of innovative development of the enterprise.
