Abstract: Pneumopericardium due to long sheath during transcatheter closure of PFO&#xD;
Pneumopericardium is a rare complication of following cardiovasculer&#xD;
intervention. Untreated, it can lead to cardiac tamponade and thus must be&#xD;
promptly identified to treat the underlying etiology. This article reports a 64 year-old-woman developed pneumopericardium during&#xD;
transcatheter closure of patent foramen ovale (PFO). While retrieiving the&#xD;
loader through the long sheath which was placed in to the left upper&#xD;
pulmonary vein, radiolucent areas along the anterior wall of the&#xD;
heart was detected, suggesting pneumopericardium.</description>

Abstract: Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is an&#xD;
infrequent, well described, but important anomaly of the coronary origin. Early&#xD;
diagnosis and prompt surgical treatment of the disease can be life saving. However,&#xD;
there are several potential sources of error in the seemingly simple stereotype&#xD;
diagnostic pattern. This article reports a case of ALCAPA and allude to some of the caveats in the diagnosis of this entity.</description>

Abstract: The aortic origin of right or left branch pulmonary artery is a rare cardiac anomaly in&#xD;
which the right pulmonary artery usually arises from the ascending aorta just above&#xD;
the aortic sinuses, whereas the main pulmonary artery and the other pulmonary&#xD;
branch arise in their normal position. This article reports a rare case of isolated origin of right&#xD;
pulmonary artery from the ascending aorta.</description>
