| Abstract: | In this assignment, I tend to give a view of the Development Control systems in Malta. I chose this subject mainly because of the changes that occurred in the Development Control system by the implementation of the Development Planning Act 1992 and also because I have worked in the two systems. The various changes that have been done in the new system have contributed towards huge steps of improvement. However, a Development Control system cannot be stable as it has to adopt to the changes caused by extreme development pressures. |
