dc.description.abstractThis report reviews fluctuations in the international price of crude oil as well as changes in electricity tariff rates charged. The Hon. Minister Dr Owen Bonnici requested the NAO’s review to cover the 2008-2013 legislature, whereas the Hon. Tonio Fenech requested that the Office’s review be extended to the present day. In view of the general consensus reached, the NAO’s period of review ranged from March 2008 to May 2015.en_GB
