dc.description.abstractTwo years after the launch of the first open access repository in Malta, Ryan Scicluna* comes up with some thoughts on the evolution of this project. Unfortunately, disseminating information and speaking at local conferences was not enough to persuade academics to upload material. In consequence, the University started working on an OA policy to mandate submissions onto the repository.en_GB
