Abstract: | There were no cabinet changes in 2011. This, in itself, is a matter for report as the political scene continued to be dominated by dissatisfaction on the Nationalist (PN) government back bench over the perceived cliquishness and impunity of cabinet ministers, with all the implied pressure on Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi to reshuffle the cabinet. |
