Abstract: A non-experimental prospective study was conducted on 50 adult participants living with type 2 diabetes, who were primarily responsible for their own care and who were recruited from primary care clinics. The Diabetes Knowledge Questionnare (DKQ-24) and the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA) were used to assess knowledge and self management in the study population.
