Abstract

This book is an outcome of a conference held in Malta September 19-23, 1996 on the theme, "Apprenticeship and VET (Vocational Education and Training)--Changing Policy and Practice in a Unifying Europe."

The book considers the reemergence of the concept and practice of

apprenticeship in education and training in many of the countries of Europe.
