Abstract: Just like food, which comes in a great variety, our stimuli can take on different formats and be presented in different modes. Similarly to foods that fulfill nutritional needs if chosen correctly, the stimuli we use should enable and empower our learners toward achieving improved health behaviors in the short and long term.
