| Abstract: | Diverticula limited to the crecum and ascending colon are relatively infrequent. The reported incidence of diverticula of the right colon with necropsy studies varies widely. In the course of a survey on the incidence of diverticular disease in Malta based on 120 necropsy studies, 7 cases of diverticula limited to the right colon were found, an extremely high incidence. |
