dc.description.abstractLudovico Mifsud Tommasi was born on the 18th of November, 1796 to father Francesco Mifsud and mother Angelica Tommasi. He studied at the University of Malta and completed a doctorate in Ecclesiastical and Civil Law. He continued his studies in Theology in Rome and was ordained a priest on the 21st of March, 1821.en_GB
