Breastfeeding from a woman who is in good health and nutritional status provides a complete nutrition which is unique to the-infant. There is no better nutrition available today for healthy infants both at birth and during the early months of life. Science has yet to modify a milk that can truly compare with human milk in all its benefits. All health professionals should be committed to encourage all mothers to breastfeed their babies. With the right guidance and support, 90% of mothers should be able to breastfeed successfully.en_GB
