This chapter reports on an action research project that took place in Norway in 2014. A pilot workshop on social justice was designed, delivered and evaluated in cooperation with two groups of career development practitioners. Our aim was to stimulate professional reflexivity around social justice by helping participants consider and develop responses. The longer-term ambition was to refine and extend the pilot in a variety of career education and guidance (CEG) contexts. The chapter is presented in four sections. Firstly, the project is located in relation to the CEG literature and the Norwegian context. Secondly, a conceptual rationale is provided linked to social justice and the struggle against neoliberalism. Thirdly, the structure and delivery of the workshop is described. Lastly, the project is evaluated and key learning identified. We aim to provide a flavour of the activities and enable interested readers to adapt and use the workshops in their own contexts if they so wish.en_GB
