dc.description.abstract	This feature looks at the life and works of Maltese poet George Zammit. It begins in his native village, Qormi, where he grows up before continuing his higher education in both Malta and Rome. According to Fr Duncan, prior to his career in the Arts, Zammit explored a number of possible career paths from Priesthood to Law. This is also a well-informed study of the poet’s personal character traits and lifestyle, giving the reader a complete picture of the man behind his works. The article features a black and white photograph of the poet as well as some of his sketch work.	en_GB
